A two-day Basant Rinn Utsav, organized by the SBI (State Bank India), began at SBIs main branch on Monday (30-01-2012). The event was inaugurated by DGP Abhayanand. The objective of the event is to provide hassle-free credit at affordable rate for home and car loans.

The event is also beneficial for customers who want information regarding a variety of other products and services like mobile and internet banking, insurance and financial planning solutions, said a SBI press release. The special attraction is the offer of 50 % waiver in processing charges in car loan and on the spot sanction of housing and car loans.
